Rent Property Statement in AE

Hi,

 

Can you please guide me how to create different rent statements for differenct properties in AE Reports? See the highlight in Yellow.

 

I tried to edit paragraph name but it will change the name for both propertities. 

 

Also, in table of content, I need to show the property names, why it's named under current year earnings?

    Hi Lillian,

     

    By default, when departments are turned on it shows the name of the first account description in the account list.

     

    To change this, click Edit/Configuration under the Workpaper or Trial Balance tab. There is a department setting check box. 

     

    Click this link, within this setting you can set the account code to use for department headings including rental property names.

     

    For example, account 216 vfor each department is used for the rental property name.
