Account Codes from Essentials to AO

I have just linked my clients MYOB Essentials file to my practice MYOB AO for the purpose of producing statutory reports, the data comes across perfectly but the account codes flow through from MYOB ...

    There is a way to set up the Essentials file to show the old codes but that needs to be done when the Essentials file is set up.

     

    Only option would be to create an AO Ledger for that client and export the transactions using an MYE file from the Essentials file to the AO Ledger.

     

    This will allow you to map the codes to the old codes when importing them.

Can you think of any other way to "clean up" the look of the accounts. 

Is it simply a matter of changing the account codes in Essentialls manually to the old account codes?
