Confirmation code

    The online method doesn't work as it always produces a zero kb file.

    we need this done manually by you .

    Hi FW1 .,

     

    I edited your post to remove your serial number and confirmation code to protect privacy, we recommend against sharing your serial number publicly.


    I'm not sure if you've seen it already, but we have a page about confirming older files here:

    https://www.myob.com/nz/support/myob-business/product-account/confirm-activated-company-files

     

    If you haven't seen them already, there's a flow there to confirm older AccountRight (v19 and below) files online by entering the required details.

     

    If you still need a hand, let us know and someone will be able to help you out.
