Affordable housing 60% discount for CGT event

Hi,

 

I have entered a CGT event into Myob Account Right and the software has automatically applied a 60% discount for affordable housing. However when I try to lodge I am getting an error code which tells me I need to select a code 'W' Affordable housing discount. I can't see anywhere where I can actually select a code W. The error then states that without selecting code W the total CGT discount applied must not exceed 50% of the total current year capital gains. Can anybody please help?

    Hi Gabes35,

     

    If this is related to a 2021 Individual return, then there were some issues with the CGT schedule where Affordable Housing was not applying, but this was fixed in the update later.

     

    Please contact Support to investigate this issue as we need information such as what information is filled in the return.
