not able to create previous year tax return

Dear all,

I have a client I have to prepare tax return from 31/03/2018 to 31/03/2022, but while checking in to IR3 i can add only from 31/03/2020,? I already check the first tax return settings which is mention as 31/03/2018. 

Any suggestion where I am missing?

To help you work out if you need to file an IR3, go to ird.govt.nz/end-of-tax-year and complete the questionnaire “Work out my income tax filing options” or call Inland Revenue on 0800 377 774.
