When launching Outlook on a terminal server, all users are being prompted for a password when the Docmanager plugin is enabled.
I noticed in the Outlook connection status that there is an attempt to connect to an old exchange server (see attached). This only appears when plugin is enabled.
Where can I change the referenced exhange server?
We are not aware of any other site experiencing this issue and are unsure of what environmental factors are causing it.
MYOB would also welcome input from any other site in the MYOB Community Forum that has experienced this issue and found a solution.
