Our IT people have been trying to get access to the MYOB API team so they can update to resolve an issue between our CRM and MYOB. It seems that the API team don't respond to their emails and don't have phone lines. How are we meant to sort this in a timely fashion. This has been going on for weeks.

Thank you for reaching out, I have checked the developer inbox and we do not have any tickets outside of the SLA. Can I confirm the I.T department has created a ticket on our website https://apisupport.myob.com/hc/en-us/requests/new or emailed us at developers@myob.com.
Please ensure the emails have not gone to the junk mail.
I have also sent you a private email so I can obtain some more details from you.

Sorry to hear you are having problems with the API developers response - this has never been my experience and can say with my multiple posts to API developers they do respond fairly quickly, if not quite quickly and are usually very helpful - though not always giving you the answer you need.
