Script of bulk assignment company change

Hi,

 

We have a large list of assignments that have been allocated to the wrong company. We need these changed for our reporting, is there a script we can run to do this?

      Sorry that this post was not replied to. Currently, there is no script to change the allocations and all the assignments will have to be manually changed. However, if you're using AccountRight/AccountEdge, you can export out these transactions, overwrite the company name in Excel, import the file again (choose to update existing data) instead of creating new data and that should switch the company names.

        For example we need to change the assignments company as listed zzMGR Superannuation to MGR Accountants. We have 721 to do so hopign there is quicker way to do this
