Hi,
As a result of downgrading from Premier to Plus, putting the file online on 28/8/18, and then the subscription being allowed to lapse (by a few days) which entailed a 2 hour conversation to "fix" we are left with the following problems:
1. EVERY time we log in, for all users, for all computers, the "Subscription Expired" window pops up.
We login to the "read-only" file, which we then go to Help/Confirm and then are able to use the file.
2. Now urgently trying to create a new user from the Administrator login but get the error message "Unable to invite user" "We're still getting your online file ready...etc"
Help - I have 2 phones on hold to MYOB support, one has been 1hr50mins so far, the other 40mins.
Any help from MYOB please?

This was a MYOB "glitch" that occurs when moving from one subscription to another (Premier to Plus) and took MYOB Support (after 2:10 waiting) only 5min to fix.
Hopefully MYOB can fix this "glitch" so that it automatically goes through.
