Fresh Business lite program showing incorrect balances

I noticed the balance is incorrect so I deleted all my journals emptyed every account and I am left with this. Also it wouldn't allow me to delete the accounts I created because "you can't delete an account with journal entries", but I have no journal entires at all.

Hi @Jimmyneedshelp 

 

Thanks for your post. You'll be able to delete an account if it:

  • has never been used in a transaction
  • has no journal entries
  • has a zero balance
  • is not a linked account
  • is not linked to a pay item

Instead of deleting an account you can deactivate it, see more here: Adding, editing and deleting accounts.
