Deactivation of company file

I asked for a company file to be deactivated 7 days ago and still no action.  How long is it taking currently to have support help after ticket raised?

When you requested the deactivation of your company file, were you provided with a case or reference number? If yes, kindly provide it so we can have it checked and follow up as well.

The first Reference number is 01458990 and 7 days latter i re-submitted and the second reference number is 01465883.
