Recently switched from sending emails via Outlook to AccountRight.
Have noticed that random emails (payslips, remittance advices) are not being sent. It's usually just one email that doesn't send. And it's random, I can't identify a pattern.
I am having to check my Sent Emails each time now and re-send the ones that were not sent the first time. It does re-send successfully the second time round. I don't want to have to check each time. I need to have confidence that all emails are successfully sent, particularly with payslips, this is legal requirement.
