Why is "Comments" not avalible in the REPORT COLUMNS Show Hide Options?

"Reporting: Display Comments in Sales [Customer Summary] report"

Hi reports
After a check on this, I can see that this column is available for the Sales [Customer Detail] report. This may be a suitable workaround for you.
