For many years we would use a handheld scanner to scan Courier con note bar codes as we ship and we would have a bar code of the invoice number on our shipping slip, both would be scanned into a table in Access and via ODBC we would have a very searchable record of shipments and their respective invoice and shipping details. With the new move to the cloud I'm contemplating extracting information once again to do this but if MYOB had a quick and easy entry of connotes against invoices in a table form then this woudl be awesome. We were able to enter 20 invoice numbers and respective connotes in about a minute this way so having to open each invoice and enter each package details is way too slow.
