Unable to open multiple companies

Since the new update recently AccountRightPlus AU 2023.8.0 am not able to open multiply companies anymore, this is not a good update when you have to log in and out all the time, I don't know why this is been taken out but please please put it back, MYOB has to work with their customers and make things easier, also before it went online, the old versions you could do a pdf of every single payslip in one pdf, now it's a single pdf and has to be done one by one.

Add new fixtures, don't removed them

MYOB if is "not broken don't fix it" and we meant to "work smarter not harder"

We value and appreciate your feedback, and our team is striving hard to make this right for our users. We understand that change can be challenging, especially when it impacts your daily operations and expectations. We regret any disruption this upgrade may have caused you.

 

In the meantime, signing out and signing in again is necessary when you access the other files, and for the pay slip, you may export the pay advice report, which displays the pay advice for each employee and shows the details for each pay cheque.

 

We deeply appreciate your patience and understanding in this matter. Rest assured that we've noted your comments, and we'll pass this on to the relevant team.

I have the same problem but have found that l can have both companies open but only be logged in to the one, I only have two companies that l deal with on a day to day basis,  so it is just that added extra time in the morning and then I leave them both open all day.  Can you use the same email address as your log in or do you have multiple email addresses, as one of our works uses the same email address and is able to still access both companies without having to log in and out all the time.

Myob it would be nice not to have to do the extra few steps every day so to fix to the old way would be great.

If you've got multiple email addresses to access each company file, you'll need to sign out and sign in. We know that this added extra time and affected your business workflow. We deeply appreciate your patience and understanding in this matter. However, if you're using one email address to access different company files, then you'll be able to log in anytime without signing out.
