I am trying to minimise the user role for one of our employees. She is responsible for SALES entries and also records the daily banking of incoming money, however, under the current setting she is also able to see any purchase transactions and I am not able to restrict her view on the banking side. :(
After talking to the chat room they advised that the restrictions work only if the user is on a single role and does not work when they are on multiple roles (here SALES & BANKING).
I highly recommend to adjust the settings so that you can customise a user role yourself which allows you to select each and every single task for each individual.
