Can i change the default column in Purchases Register

Hi, Am I able to change the default column in the Purchase Regsiter Window? Currently the default is the PO No. column so transactions are in PO order but I would like the transactions to show in Date order by default.

  • Hi Anne10 ,

Thank you for your post and welcome to the Community Forum.

In this regard, if you are currently using AccountRight, it is not possible to add or change the default column in the Purchase Register window. However, you could look at customizing your purchase order form by going to Setup>>Customize form>>Purchase Order. You can check out this Help Article: Fields and columns you can add to forms and Purchases Register, these help articles has detailed information and process that you can use as a guide.

Let us know if you require further assistance with this. We are happy to help.

    Kind Regards,
