same problem here!
have so much written down to try and match up when it starts working.
No support, phone just hangs up when you ring them.
EVERY time something goes wrong there is no help, support or suggestions

I am having the same problem. I have had enough of myob charging more and more for an inferior product. Haven't been able to invoice for 2 days. Putting me a week behind.
Xero might be the way to solve this problem

Has anybody successed getting to MYOB help yesterday or today re invoices outage? If yes, could you collate their response under this thread please.
My experience:
Yesterday - online chat didn't even try to connect, just said "sorry, we are too busy. Try later"

I have created an invoice today, saved it however it hasn't stop saving it. I effectively can't open the invoice to print, email or see it. Any thoughts??
