thing is, we often chose duplicate as it saves us alot of time. doing it the way you suggested is much more time consuming.... would the degraded issues also include mYOB rejecting my invoice when i send an invoice (sends to client but no longer seems to send to myself and sais delivery failed. the invoices used to come into a folder I created called invoices sent but they havent been doing this nor have i received MYOB monthly invoices....Re: MYOB really don't help anymore do they. When you go in the community you get so many answeres and you don't know what's right and wrong.Why arn't attached invoices being sent with the invoice?
Hi Sheila PDFS have stopped getting attached to invoices for us too...unfortunately the client uses delay tactics to pay as she didnt receive the pdf with the invoice. how do we fix this?
