Overdue Bills info not correct

Why on earth can an accounting program not even get this simple math calculation correct?

Easy enough for me to add up but the whole point we pay good money for this program is so things are easier for us.

Mind you none of these are actually overdue but as per usual bank feeds are not up to date...

I HATE this "upgrade"!!!

Re: Overdue Bills info not correct

Hi @NikkiH

Thanks for your post.

The overdue amount is calculated based on the To Date. If you use today's date, it will show the overdue amount as of today's date. Therefore, if you click the overdue link, the bill or invoice will only show as overdue if the chosen date is after the due date.

You can also check the due date settings in Sales Settings (dropdown box under business name)>>Payments tab>>Select the due date default from there.

Let me know how you go and if you still need further assistance with this. I'm happy to assist you.

Re: Overdue Bills info not correct

That makes no sense - my point is why bother even having an amount in red saying overdue when it is just showing the total amount due to date. As you can see in my screen shot the invoices that were showing overdue only add up to $665.54.

What is the point of having 3 titles at the top of Total amount/Balance due/Overdue if they all say the same amount anyhow. Isnt this meant to be simple to see things like this at a quick glance instead of just repeating yourself 3 times?

The people responsible for this "upgrade" need to take these things on board and fix them.
