Is there a way to convert an invoice back to a quote?
I accidently typed up what should have been a quote as an invoice and wondering if I can convert it to a quote. It is very detailed with lots of parts to it so would save me a heap of time if this was an option. I am going through the nightmare of changing bank accounts at the moment and when i go into My Account to update the billing details I noticed I have 6 different accounts to choose from! All the same name but the numbers after them are different - what is going on here? It only shows the billing details on 2 of them. I have changed the billing details on one just now and is now showing the old details still on the other account but will not let me alter it. Should I be concerned? Yes same issue here - hopefully up and running soon - would be good if we could have an alert symbol on our dashboard warning we may be impacted when there is a known issue so we don't waste time looking around to see if its just a me issue rather than a system issue.67Views0likes0Comments
