Hi,
We have recetly started using MYOB team app and we're experiencing in issues to give permisions to our managers to creat rosters. It looks like MYOB team admin cannot give permision to multiple users to use MYOB team portal.
And today morning some of our employees were strugling to clock in with thier mobile apps.
Do you have any sugestions ?

Thank you for your post. Currently with MYOB Team only the administrator of the file can set up MYOB team and create the rosters. Approving managers will only have the ability to approve and edit timesheets for the employees that are assigned to them in a location. More information on this can be found on our help article Getting started with MYOB Team.
Can you please confirm if your employees are still having trouble logging into the apps ? If so, do they get any error messages ?
