When finalising, is there an RFBA amount entered? If yes and it is below the minimum threshold set by the ATO, then most likely you will receive the error message. For further information about the RFBA minimum threshold, kindly check The Help Article Reportable fringe benefits amounts (RFBA) with Single Touch Payroll reporting. If there is no RFBA amount entered, kindly clear the cache of your browser and then try to finalise again.
