Profit and Loss and Balance Sheet does not balance

Hi, Reports in MYOB arn't reconciling. The Retain Earning in the Balance Sheet does not match the Profit and Loss.

However when I drill down into the figures the ending balance agrees. I don't understand why the top figures on both the Balance Sheet and Profit and Loss are different.

I am need of technical support and troubleshooting.

Do the Cash Balance Sheet and the Accrual Balance Sheet both not reconcile with the Profit and Loss or is only one incorrect? If it is only occuring on one report there could be a service layout transaction with a negative number of units within the file causing this. If you can locate it and then edit or delete the transaction it should fix the issue.

If you cannot locate a transaction with a negative could you please take a screenshot of the reports (redacting any sensitive information) then attach them in your reply so I can investigate further?
