Spend money transaction not reflected in the balance sheet report

I have entered a spend money amount(Reference: 877), but when I checked the balance hseet report after doing this, the balance sheet is still showing the same bank account balance as it did before I added a spend money amount. This error hasn't happened before and I'm wondering why or how to fix it, as our end of month bank statement must match the myob balance sheet for accounting purposes. Please help!

Re: Spend money transaction not reflected in the balance sheet report

Hi @SuicidePrograms

Thanks for posting your concern in the forum.

I'm sorry to hear about your balance sheet report not showing these transactions. Based on the screenshot you've provided; the transaction is dated 08/01/2024. May I know what date ranges you run the balance sheet report? Also, we would appreciate it if you can send a copy of the balance sheet report via private message

We look forward to your response.

Thanks,

Re: Spend money transaction not reflected in the balance sheet report

Thank you we did reply to the other thread, however your post alerted us to the fact that we had the incorrect date on the spend money/recevie money transactions and when corrected this fixed our problem - thank you.
