Tax code does not exist error

Hi everyone

Thank you for trying those troubleshooting steps, it's great to hear that ticking I Pay Freight on Purchases has worked for most you.

Our developers are currently investigating this error and we do apologise for the inconvenience caused.

For AccountRight users this is only impacting creating Bills in the browser, they can be successfully created in the desktop.

Thank you.  I did this and it worked.  I had changed browsers three or four times, cleared cache numerous times, etc. and nothing worked until now.  Finally!

The freight option worked for New Bills, but creating from recurring bills is still not working for me

I suspect you may have to re-create the recurring transaction. 

My guess is this error was caused by MYOB making a change that regards every invoice as has having Freight (whether it does or not). So the absence of a Freight linked account causes the error. 

However as your recurring transaction was built before this change, the freight field might be missing entirely. Create a new purchase recurring transaction and test to see if it works, if not delete it, if it works, delete the original recurring transaction template.

I am still getting this error
