Adding Terms and Conditions to Purchase Orders

Is it possible to add a second page to customised forms so we can include terms and conditions with our Purchase Orders?

Re: Adding Terms and Conditions to Purchase Orders

Hi @Fiona2508

Thank you for your post.

AccountRight doesn't allow for the direct ability to customise a second page. With that being said, the way to include those terms and conditions information would be to send the invoice using the Edit Sales >> Send to >> Email... option. This window allows the user to add an external attachment, such as a PDF of those terms and conditions, that will accompany the invoice.

If we have further updates, we will notify you. An alternative could be looking at third-party apps which can provide this additional functionality.

Please feel free to post again. I'm happy to assist further.

Hi Sean

Thanks for your response.

Are you (or anyone else) able to recommend any of these third party apps with this type of functionality?

Cheers

Fiona

Well, that's useless advice.  Why not have a decent forms design process?  One of the many suggestions your users have requested for years.

Hi @Fiona2508

In this matter, we do recommend confirming with your accountant for the best third-party app with additional functions based on your business setup and needs.
