Customer service is a joke

I have been currently on hold for over 4 hours trying to solve a more than Likely a simple solution

    Yes I agree - I've currently been holding for an hour & 20 - if people are holding for over an hour on a daily basis, there is no excuse, that is just BAD service.  Put on more people to answer your phones, your a multi billion dollar company!

      Going into my 3rd hour of holding now!!!  It's disgusting.
