Subscription pricing update

Am I the only subscriber to be shocked at another price increase in this subscription after what I would generously call a bad year? Glitches and problems, constant interruptions due to counter-intuitive updates - all of which have made extra work for me as the subscriber. It doesn't feel right.

I'm sorry to hear you feel this way. MYOB regularly accesses the pricing structure and constantly look at providing additional benefits to clients with our subscriptions. We believe that the updated pricing still offers very competitive values.

How can you say you're offering a competitive and better service when your support desk can't fix bugs, after waiting on hold for hours?

Price increases are not reasonable.

This is not being addressed properly by MYOB

I have sent a complaint to the feedback email.

Price increases are far too high 214% increase is not fair!

I am the same - advertising 54 per month for intro but charging me 272 per month after being with MYOB for 23 years - not acceptable
