Cannot Map Accounts

Previously had no problems filing AIM returns befor MYOB made changes.  Now it will not accept that I have mapped accounts, have done so, then did save and exit, add return, selected AIM etc, etc.

 

MYOB come back with your statement of activity could not be prefilled because not all accounts have been mapped.  Please  map all accounts in the AIM  settings etc. etc.

 

Have tried about 20 times, can someone please help so I can file a return.

    Thank you so much for your post and my apologies for the late response. In such situations, it is advisable to close your web browser and clear its cache. Some users have also reported success by restarting the software and attempting to submit the return again. If you have already tried both of these methods and are still experiencing the issue, please inform us so that we can conduct a more thorough investigation: clear the browser cache.
