Practice Tax not working - 2023 Tax Returns are empty with no fields

Practice Tax not working - 2023 Tax Returns are empty with no fields and wont pre-fill

I have previously prepared some clients using practice tax as a trial, however I have not moved all my clients over to practice tax because it is too unreliable.  I have clients that I have lodged previous years returns using practice tax, and I am unable to generate a 2023 Tax Return in practice tax and the worst thing is I can't even revert back to my desktop AO software to lodge their tax returns.

I go through the process of adding the 2023 Tax Return, there are no schedules or fields at all, it is just blank.  The prefill will not work, and I have also tried adding schedules to see if that resets the return but I can't add schedules either.

When I go out of the screen and go back to the compliance tab there are no "not started returns" or "all unlodged returns" showing, so I go to create a new return for the 2023 year except this time the 2023 financial year is no longer available. 

Seriously thinking of changing tax agent software.
