Tax Return Previews not showing Name, IRD number etc.

Hi all,

I recently discovered that when previewing a clients tax returns, it no longer displays the clients name, IRD Number, and period ending for the year etc which is always shown above the tax statements.

Just wondering if this is a known issue or if theres a fix for this problem?
