Tax platform features not available
We used to have the import SOE button on Tax Preparation in AO classic, but we could not find these features after upgrade to the online MYOB Practice.

Thanks for letting us to know your concerns. The pre-filling feature (Import SOE) is available in MYOB Practice as well.
The user needs to create the relevant worksheets within the return first, in order to have the data populated. Such as the following worksheets
1. Income with tax deducted from summary of income
2. Interest Income
3. Dividend Income
4. PIE income, etc
Hi. We had this exact same problem today. We realised that some of our staff did not have their credentials validated with IRD, and so the SOE would not import. We didn't realise that every staff member has to validate their credentials individually. If you go to Data Reconciliation, then Refresh IRD Data, it will generate an error message if the person needs to validate. Just follow the link and then click on Validate IR Credentials at the top right hand corner of the page. You just have to log in to the IRD window that pops up for it to work, and you only have to do this once as far as we know (not for every client).
