I see MYOB hasn't answered yet - so I suspect there will be no changes to the software until next year. I would manage this manually as it only affects new employees from 1/10/23. You will need to give your employee 2 days sick leave entitlement on day one, then add another 2 days on each month anniversary. I would suggest putting in a reminder for each employee it affects, so it will pop up and remind you. Add the days to current sick leave due, but leave the maximum at 20 and annual entitlement at 10. You will also need to adjust the balance at the 6 month anniversary to reduce the 10 days the system will allocate at that point.
