Forum weekly update #16

Hi all,

 

Many thanks to all those community members that completed online surveys this week.

 

It’s pleasing that most people think the forum is an invaluable resource that helps them get the most from their software. We’re also pleased that most of the recent changes to the forum have been well received, making the forum easier to use and navigate.

 

I understand that not everybody is happy, though. I understand it can be particularly frustrating waiting for a response to an important issue when you just need to get back to work. We do want to improve response times. We also hope that our recent change to providing support 24 hours a day, seven days per week helps you get the support you need, whenever you need it.

 

Also, we acknowledge that too many people still find it difficult to find the information they need on the forum. We will be taking a good look at the search functionality to see if we can improve it further.

 

Thanks again to all those who have provided feedback about how we can make business life easier for you. I will try to personally reply to anyone who provided  comments on the survey.

 

It was another busy week on the Community Forum, with over 220 new members and over 570 posts, including 150 from MYOB staff. Our top contributors this week were jenniek, Mike_James, MummaMia, Tazinx and Marilyn. Mike_James, JenPerram, MummaMia and Murray_McKenzie all had multiple posts marked as Accepted Solutions.

 

A big thanks to all those community members who shared their expertise on the forum this week. Your assistance is much appreciated.
