More than one full width header image
Hi Community I am trying to set up three invoice templates with three different 'full width header images' as the client has three different lines of business within one entity. Each time I try to set up a new template it replaces all of the other template 'full width header images' with the most current one I am trying to add. Is it possible to have three invoice templates with three different 'full width header images'? I get the message in the attached file (Screen shot) Thanks a bunch LeeLocations visble on Quote layout
Hi All, We are using AccountRigh Premier and we have set up the locations within the business, but we have an issue with the quotes page where the location isnt showing. As you can see in the first image there is no column of data for location on the quote page. We can click into the inventroy card thorugh the blue arrow, but this isnt always quick, and when we have a customer on the phone and maybe 10 items we are quoting and we want to confirm the location we can have a lot of wait time which isnt ideal. However when we do this on the order page, we see the below column for location which has a drop down arrow and will allow our staff to see where the items are in a very clear and concise mannor. I would like to be able to select from a number of different pre-saved email templates when sending invoices. I often re-send overdue invoices to customers as a reminder - it would be nice if I could select an 'overdue invoice' template for the email when doing so, rather than needing to re-enter the message text every time I do this. Hi all, Im a new MYOB user trying to transition a general ledger from an existing accounting system. I require assistance for a general ledger transaction import. I have pulled together the attached transaction journal import and Im getting the below errors. My system is not allowing me to access the sample company template. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated and save me a lot of time. Error -12: Transactions dated before your conversion date may not be imported. This is one I can fix Error -15: Account number not found in list of postable accounts. Potentially format related in excel Error -19: Unbalanced transaction. TBC. Hi, How do I remove the asterisk warnings for a duplicate field on an invoice template? I want to have the invoice number showing at the top right but also show it as the reference to be used when paying by EFT. One or the other instance ends up with asterisks around it and I actually had a customer contact me to say their bank won't let them enter the * character in the reference field. *Note: This is not a duplicate invoice number warning, but a duplicate field on the custom invoice template. Side note: I love that now I'm into 5 digit invoice numbers instead of 4, the leading 0000s have disappeared. :) YIPPEEE! Ihave customised a service invoice template. I have selected it in the customer file, and in the print/email advanced window. For one customer this template is avaiable for me to select, but not for two others I have set up the same way. I can't find the template anywhere on my ard drive (using an offline version). I am currently setting up AccountRight Premier for a construction company. Job tracking is very important! We have decided to use header jobs for each new job. We willthen attach 8 to 9detail jobs to each header job, each tracking a different cost - i.e. materials, hire, wages, contractors, etc. These 8 to 9 detail jobs will be the same for every new header job. It would be more efficient and user friendly if we have the ability touse and load a template ofthese detail jobs rather than having to create them individually each time. Thanks!
