But as I said previously both of these forms of identification require a phone. What happens if a phone is lost or stolen, or even inadvertently left at home? Why can't we choose one of these & email. We are unable to add email now if we didn't previously. We have been using Authenticate for a long time now. We would prefer to use email as our backup rather than ANOTHER thing on your mobile phone. I have read the comments above and totally agree. The new command centre is hideous. Arrows everywhere and so hard to read. The quick view tabs aren't even right. It says my Intray has 6 items to be actioned but there are only 3. Please change this back. Making work so much more difficult.
