Thanks for the information - I have the exact same problem! After reading your messages, I removed enough employees from the run to keep it under 34 and was able to process it and then I only had to re-enter the others on a separate run. Hi, I have an employee that has the following Super account: Fund name: Commonwealth Bank of Australia Superannuation Savings Account USI: 48123123124130 It is not an option in the self-onboarding. It can be selected manually at my end, but the employee can't progress past this with their onboarding.
