Safari is the second most commonly used browser after google chrome so it is totally unacceptable that you only make your system compatible with google chrome. Back in the day I used to do web design and we had to make sure our clients systems worked on the most commonly used browsers. Why have you made the business decision to push everyone onto google chrome? Some of us don't like it. I am a small business owner and I am so sick of big corporations telling me what to do. I can not tell you how much extra work and stress all the changes you keep making at MYOB cause in my life. This should be a simple fix for your IT teams who should have realised the impact during their testing before they implemented whatever they did that caused this problem. Either way - JUST FIX THIS PROBLEM!!!! Or give me a phone number to call so I can complain to someone in Australia. If the ATO has only mandated 24hour login verification then why has MYOB decided to make us re-login after 30 minutes of inactivity? Who made this business decision and are they looking at this forum to see why this is unworkable for businesses? Why would you make things worse by changing things and then when I ask for it to be changed back to the way that worked efficiently you suggest that I add it to a list for future improvements? Is there anybody in the IT department in MYOB that actually considers the end user when you make these changes? How do I raise a complaint about this change? Thanks for your reply. I have followed your recommendation and what used to be a simple process now requires more steps for me to do. Which is more time out of my busy day! I hit preview and the quote opens with some long file name. When I download the quote it saves as Unknown 8 on my computer - so I then need to rename the file to the quote number. Or if I preview the file and then save it instead of downloading it - I still have to go and manually type in the quote number to be saved as the file name. How is this making things easier? Do your IT people actually test these changes before they implement them? Have the options recently changed on quotes? I can't find anywhere that I can download a pdf or print my quote. I can email it to my client but I don't want to do that as I am sending other information with the quote so I want to send it from my email not through MYOB. This upgrade has made the sales by item report impossible to navigate. We have over 1000 items and I don't want a list of every item for the date range selected so that I have to scroll through everything to find what I want. I often need to check who I have sold something to in the past as I might need to check a specific length or configuration of a previous order. Previously I could go to item search and start typing the size and it would bring up all items which are that size. I could then click through the various options. Now I have to go through my whole list of items to find what I need. And if i want to look for the history of that item from 5 ot 6 years ago until now the report takes forever to load. I used this report a lot as I have numerous customers that order the same type of assembled items. It helps me to be able to check across customers for this information as multiple customers use similar items. Can you please add a search function to the report so it just pulls items which contain that data e.g. i could put in 22mm and all items containing that come up on the report.499Views0likes1Comment
