Hi Amanda, I have tried on both website and desktop version of AccountRight and unfortunately the same issue persists. Thanks Doreen, the page you directed me to suggests to Check the Accounts tab [to see] If any header accounts have mistakenly snuck in as detail accounts under another header account. Hi there, I can't seem to be able to load a payable rec report past the 23rd May 2025. I have tried to clear cache and browsing data, and I have saved my reports settings as suggested in previous post. Unfortunately the issue persists. Could you please help me? Hello, When trying to enter a day's worth of leave in payroll I get a warning message telling me that the holiday leave balance is minus 53 hours or so when this employee has accrued over 100 hours.
