we are getting the following message when trying to have one of our employees to Single Touch Reporting - can you please advise how to fix this? "We couldn't check your payroll information for Single Touch Payroll Reporting" We have multiple users that are able to access - it is just one user and she is not set up and differently to other users?174Views0likes1CommentPayroll in New Zealand file
We currently have a NZ myob File and an Australaian MYOB file . In December one of our employees is moving from Australia to New Zealand and we wish to pay his wages from the New Zealand file however I note that we do not appear to have a PAyroll function in our current NZ file.
