Well, so many comments from faithful customers like myself. I'm very concerned about not hearing an update on my verifcation result I've sent emails and no response. I've tried to answer the queries with suitable uploads, but still the final date is not far away. I could not locate the correct place to ask for an extension. I'm just hoping the invoice email system still works when the Due date comes around in a couple of days. My accountant has always encouraged an alternative System. Hello myob Apologies, I'm Quite busy and don't have time to read all of the responses above. I would like answers to the following Questions do the extra charges only relate to ONLINE Payments if so, can we select for the transaction fee to be paid by the customer, if they choose to pay via the online links. Are our Invoice Templates still used, since we have a different bank account for our customers to pay into ( because of invoice finance via our bank account It would be easier for us to still be able to email directly as before, without any issues. Good morning Recently I've installed a new system, to address issues with outlook now always working smoothly with email send of invoices from Desktop version of Accountright premier New system - Mac running Parallels with windows 11 pro Everything seems to work well, however I went to export report to other formats other then pdf and failed I've enclosed screenshot of error Hoping to find advise.
