ContributionsMost RecentMost LikesSolutionsCan't save/print invoices from previous financial years Hello, Since we updated to AccountRight 2024.6, we are unable to save/print invoices from previous financial years, due to being in the lock periods. We have multiple users for AccountRight software, and we can't unlock it since the financial reports have been done for the previous financial years. Otherwise the integrity of the data is vulnerable. We can't send customers invoices now because of this. So it's really urgent to have this sorted out. Have seen other users also have the same problem and complaints. Do you have any solution for this, e.g. any newer updates to be launched soon to fix the bugs? Look forward to your reply. Many thanks! Anna Payroll file corrupted after installed in new computer Windows 11 Hello, We are using Payroll 2023.1, and have just installed Payroll in a new PC with Windows 11. This time the message "The data file has been corrupted. Please contact MYOB Customer Service." comes up again. I have contacted you in 2020 when I encountered the same problem. It was solved when I referred to your advice to change the language setting, Region->System Locale, to "New Zealand". At that time, the then-new PC was using Windows 10. But this time when I did the same solution to the 2nd new PC which has Windows 11, it didn't work. The error mesage still shows up. Could you please help? Look forward to your reply. Many thanks! Regards, Anna Re: MYOB Payroll 2023.1 password setup problem Hi, But the problem is now I can't use it anymore. I have uninstalled and reinstalled Payroll 2023.1, but the problem is still there. It askes for Password, then says "Invalid Password", and then shutdown. Is there a way I can just reinstall Payroll so I can use it as normal again? Yes, I did say "No", but it still asked everytime when I started Payroll. The problem is now I can't use Payroll anymore as it says "Invalid Password". And there doesn't seem to be a way to reset or check the password. Payroll just shut down straight away afterwards. Everytime when the softward started, it asked whether or not I want to set up a password. This didn't happen to the 2022.1 version, and we didn't have a password. Since it has been quite annoying everytime when the software starts, I set up a password. But I can't log in now. It says "Invalid Password", and the programme closes down without the option to reset password etc.. Could you please help with the following? 1) How can I continue using Payroll without using a password? OR I can reset the password? 2) Is the password setup compulsory? OR there is a way to put "No Password" as default setting? Would be great if I could sort it out soon due to the Payday Filing requirement by the government. Regards, Anna Reconciled and Old transactions appeared in Bank Feed Hello, I have the same problem about old transactions in Bank Feed. Quite a few old and already reconciled transactions from December 2021 showed up again in Bank Feed. The "Hide Transaction" option is grey and disabled, so I can't hide them. Also, can I delete them rather than hidding them? Before, after reconciliation, any hidden tranactions would dissapear, but not this time. All these December 2021 transactions have been reconciled already. Could you please help with this? Many thanks!
