It often feels like we are left to navigate problems on our own until someone escalates the situation. The initial response, suggesting it was either our email or internet connection, rather than offering to investigate and follow up, did not come across as a serious attempt to resolve the issue. This has led me to lose confidence in the level of customer support MYOB provides. Additionally, the delay in receiving a response from a moderator—more than a week after reaching out—adds to the frustration. As a user looking for assistance, I expected a quicker and more supportive response, especially given that the community forum is promoted as a place for help. While it's great that other users can assist each other, the lack of timely interaction from MYOB itself diminishes the overall value of this forum. The fact that the issue remains unresolved a week later only adds to my concerns about how MYOB is handling the situation. I hope this feedback is taken into account for future improvements. I have both email and phone records showing that MYOB initially blamed our email provider and internet connection as the issue and it was not their issue. MYOB Suppor then stopped responding once it was confirmed that Microsoft was actually blocking the email address with even more screen shot evidence —despite MYOB’s claim that “emails have been sent from our server.” I worked for 3 organisations that day and all had the emails quarantine which is the said "delay". In fact, organisations that whitelisted the email address on the 8th January were still able to receive the emails on the same day. It appears MYOB either removed the link Microsoft was flagging as spam or contacted Microsoft directly to resolve the issue. You are welcome to use my case number as support # 02115659. I spent 2.5 hours on the phone with them yesterday afternoon and posted around the same time you did. Re: Sales invoices emailed from MYOB not reaching recipients The issue is Microsoft is blocking the emails due to a link they are sending with the invoices. We are trying to get MYOB to contact Microsoft as while turning off sending from MYOB works, it you have multiple email accounts, MYOB no longer always sends from the default account. The reason some people are getting the emails when testing is due to a non exchange account without high security settings.
