I have also been having this issue with no help from MYOB except clear the cache or firewalls must be blocking emails or logos must be to large.
I would have no idea where to look for the answer to this problem or how to correct it.
It is disappointing that I am made to feel responsible for an issue that I didn't create or have any knowledge on how to fix.
Good money being spent but no value for your $.
