I changed my email address and now Im blocked out
I changed my login email address today and now MYOB is asking me to log in here after I log in to my normal screen
I have tried to change my password and a link has been sent but it wont reset
Can anyone advise how I can get back into my file. I have only changed my email and I have restarted my computer. Thanks Marie

Sorry to hear that. That really puts the brakes on your day. It’s usually easier to add a new email to the file rather than swap the existing one. The best bet is to get our support team to sort your login for you. You can lodge a support ticket from the My Account window, or jump on live chat with MOCA, our virtual assistant.
