invoice layout changes
Can you please explain why my invoice layout has suddenly changed?
I spent quite a bit of time getting my invoice template looking exactly how I wanted it, but sometime between this morning and this afternoon it has started displaying both a Billing Address and a Shipping Address.
How do I remove the Shipping Address? I have no idea where MYOB is pulling this information from, as it's displaying a completely different name and address to the billing details.
I produced an invoice for another client this morning using the same template and it was fine. This afternoon I created the next invoice for this client (the sixth invoice for the current project), and it suddenly included the Shipping Address.
I'm using the same invoice template I've always used and I haven't changed any settings. I can't work out why this has happened or how to remove the Shipping Address. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

That definitely sounds unusual, especially when the layout changes without anything being updated on your end. From what you’ve described, it sounds like the invoice form is picking up a Shipping Address from the customer’s card details rather than changing the invoice itself. If you don’t want that showing, you’ll usually need to open the customised invoice form in AccountRight and remove the extra address fields from the template, then save the form again.
It’s also worth checking the customer’s card file, as the Shipping Address can be pulled from the Address 2 or Ship To details there. If that information is different to the billing details, that would explain why a different name and address is appearing on the invoice.
