Invoice layout

Hi,

First time poster here.

I am having trouble with my invoice layouts, in particular a long invoice that goes over a couple of pages.

There seems to be these long gaps on the bottom of each page and it looks very unprofessional.

  • Hi TanyaHcx

The customize forms functionality is restricted to a single page to customize that is used on all pages on the invoice when it is printed or emailed. This means that the table size will be the same on all three pages, leaving that gap on page 1 and 2.

  • Hi @

Thanks for your post and welcome to the Community Forum.

Without seeing your template it's hard to tell exactly what is causing the long gaps, although having a guess I'd say it's the table size or a field size. I'll give you some help articles that have detailed information on customising invoices and how to resize those elements:

    Personalising invoices

    Add tables to forms

    Editing form elements

Add text and fields to forms

Please let me know if you need further help.

    • Hi Tracey,

Thank you for that - I have looked into your suggestions but I have restrictions which i am looking into.

Please find attached a mock invoice to show you my gaps on my invoice.
