How to edit the layout of the invoice reminder emails
Our MYOB AccountRight sends out reminder emails before and after invoice due dates which is great, but is there a way to change the Wording and Format of the emails?
We sell in both AUD and USD, but the Reminder Emails change the value all to show in AUD, without putting the Currency in front of the values.
This causes a lot of confusion with our USD customers.
Is there away to remove the Invoice Value amounts from the Email body?
The value shows up next to the Invoice number above the Green Rectangle button ("View Invoice").
Can we also remove the "Invoice Summary" from the Email body?

The invoice reminder emails in AccountRight don't have built-in customisation options for changing the wording or format, including removing the currency or invoice values from the email body. I can see how that could be confusing for your USD customers. You can refer to Setting up invoice reminders for further information.
I'd recommend submitting this to our Ideas Board, where our product team reviews suggestions for future updates.
