Recurring invoices with services and items layout

Hi, I am creating some recurring monthly invoices in MYOB Business Lite. I am creating the invoices with the field layout "Services and Items". When I save the invoice and review the invoice in the list of recurring transactions, the invoice is now displayed in the field layout "Services" only.

I have tried creating the invoice from scratch through Banking - Recurring Transactions - Create Recurring Transactions - Invoice, as well as saving a previous invoice with the layout "Services and Items" as a recurring invoice.

I have checked the "Sales Settings" and the layout is set as "Services and Items".

Is there a way the recurring invoices can be saved in services and items layout or does MYOB default to services layout?

    Thanks for sharing the details. We’ve seen this happen for a few other users as well, and creating an Item ID for each recurring transaction has resolved it for them. Could you please try entering a value in the Item ID field on your recurring invoice and see if that fixes it on your end?
